Luna Wellness Spa offers wellness services including (but not limited to) sauna sessions, cold plunge, massage chairs, and float pod therapy. All services are provided by appointment only and subject to availability.

4. Booking and Cancellation Policy
Appointments must be booked in advance through our website or in person
Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 72 hours before your appointment to receive a refund or avoid a fee
Cancellations within 72 hours are non-refundable
No-shows are non-refundable and may result in future booking restrictions
We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule services in cases of emergency, staff availability, or facility maintenance.
5. Payment Terms
All payments are processed securely via Square
Payment is required at the time of booking
Prices are subject to change without notice
Gift cards or promotional offers are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash
6. Refund Policy
Due to the nature of our services and the time reserved for each client, we do not offer refunds for services rendered or for cancellations made less than 72 hours in advance.
7. Client Conduct
We strive to provide a peaceful and respectful environment. We reserve the right to refuse service or remove any client who behaves inappropriately or violates these Terms.
