Luna Wellness Spa is committed to providing each guest with a harmonious experience that rejuvenates their entire being. We believe in the holistic approach to wellness, which means treating the whole person, not just the symptoms. Our treatments are designed to harmonize and restore balance, ensuring that our guests leave feeling refreshed and renewed.

All services at Luna Wellness Spa are available to both Snap Fitness Members and Non-Members. You do not need to have a gym membership with Snap Fitness or being a training client of Alpha 1 Personal Training to use our services!

We do share a front lobby area with Snap Fitness Rosemount and Alpha 1 Personal Training. Alongside our wellness partners, we are committed to providing unparalleled recovery, rejuvenation and restorative services.

Are you located inside Snap Fitness?

Yes! Come inside the Snap Fitness/Alpha1 Personal Training Facility, the front desk will help you get checked in

Do I need a Snap Fitness Membership?

Nope! Our spa services are available for members and non-members alike, so no gym membership needed!

What do I need to bring with me?

You will need a bathing suite for any cold plunge/float pod experience. A minimum of a bathing suit/swim trunks must be worn at all times for the float pod, cold plunge, and saunas. Clients enjoy supplied towels, robes and sandals for your visit!

How long will I be there for my session(s)?

Session lengths will vary depending on the service.

Fire & Ice Experience:

Do you allow couples to float together?

Yes! Couples/friends can do the float pod together! Maximum 2 people

Can multiple people do the cold plunge?

Yes! Couples/friends can experience the Fire & Ice Suite together! Maximum 2 people

The Fire and Ice experience was absolutely amazing! I was really nervous to try an ice bath at first, and it'll take some getting used to. But having the sauna in the room helped so much! It was a private experience as well which was great. Room was so comfortable and the lighting was awesome. I'll be going back.
